RJ and Lori Pruitt are lifelong Michigan residents, whose love for the Great North has been evident since thier honeymoon there over ten years ago. They have abundant boating experience on Michigan's inland lakes as well as several of the Great Lakes.
Timothy and Melissa Hoover are a military family with strong ties to Michigan. The beauty and wonderment that Michigan has to offer draws them "home." Timothy and Melissa have boating experience from Alaska to Florida, and several places in between.
We welcome you to our resort and invite you to relax and enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle. Our Marina facilities are small in scale, but big in scope. We look forward to being your resort hosts, and serving your boating needs.
Where you're only a "stranger" once! You may come as a stranger but you will leave as a friend and want to visit often.
New Beginning in 2012
The Pruitts and the Hoovers purchased Riverview Resort and Marina from Al and Rosie Schwartz who have owned the resort since 1997. Al and Rosie worked very hard to keep the resort running smoothly and to build a solid reputation. Al plans to work at the resort through the first summer to ensure a smooth transition.
We look forward to keeping up the reputable service and hospitality for which Riverview Resort and Marina is known. We have several improvements planned for the coming years and look forward to having you as our resort guests and marina patrons.
